Our dm logistics center Waghäusel has existed since 2004. 850 employees supply about 1,000 dm markets from here. It supports modern and innovative work equipment. You implement smaller electrical new and expansion projects in line with the responsible electrical power (VEFK) independently – from planning to execution and testing to documentation and acceptance. Larger electrical construction and extension projects accompany you professionally. You coordinate the participating partner companies, check the execution and represent the interests of home technology. Take into account the technical, qualitative and safety-relevant requirements. You recognize vulnerabilities, disturbances and maintenance requirements on the technical installations at an early stage. Smaller deficiencies are eliminated. More extensive measures are commissioned and coordinated with suitable partner companies. You will ensure professional, safe and sustainable execution and document the work done. You're planning current schedules and electrotechnical documentation in EPLAN and keeping them up to date. You work with building control technology and support the monitoring, control and optimization of technical building systems.

You have a completed electrotechnical training, e.g. electronics for energy & building technology or electro-installer. You have relevant professional experience in electrotechnical building maintenance as well as the expansion and innovation of low-voltage installations, in particular of light and power plants and of technical building equipment (TGA). Ideally, you already have experience in the programming, maintenance and extension of KNX/EIB systems for building automation. You work structured, responsible and solution-oriented. You communicate clearly and will be safe and binding to external partner companies. You bring the willingness to work outside normal working hours in exceptional situations (Sunday, Holiday, Night shift).
