We are looking for a dedicated quality manager (m/w/d) to build an extensive industrial project in the field of technical cleaning in the aviation industry, which together with our project team creates structures, optimizes processes and ensures highest quality standards. Complete technical or commercial training with a further education in quality management or studies, e.g. in the field of quality management, industrial engineering, production technology or a comparable discipline Professional experience in quality management, quality assurance or process optimization – ideally in industrial cleaning, production, industry or a technical service environment Knowledge in building, developing and monitoring quality standards and work processes Experience in the implementation of quality controls, audits and the analysis and processing of quality deviations Safe handling of quality indicators as well as a structured and analytical method Embossed process understanding and joy in improving processes sustainably Communication strength as well as a secure and binding occurrence towards employees, executives and customers Self-responsible, solution-oriented and conscientious operation Safe handling of current MS Office applications, especially Excel Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good English knowledge of word and writing Class B driving licence
