In a central role, you shape the future-oriented development of personnel and career development for professors and combine conceptual work with the support of central personnel processes. With innovative ideas, you will develop concepts and instruments of professoral personnel and career development and design measures to promote a modern working and leadership culture. Based on sound analyses of personnel development needs, you develop strategies for appointment and succession processes and accompany the further development of the career path for scientific staff. In case of leadership talks with professors, coordinate and accompany the process, support the implementation of agreed development measures and accompany vocation negotiations as well as onboarding and offboarding processes. In strategic questions of human resources and career development, you advise executives and bodies, create decision bases, analyses and recommendations for action, accompany the implementation of KIT's governance structures and continuously develop personnel and organisational processes.
