CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Order processing and supply chain securing: You are responsible for carrying out the entire ordering process in the company and thus ensure a smooth supply chain. Comparison of offers and ratings: You collect, compare and examine offers taking into account important economic and commercial criteria. Supplier and interface coordination: You are responsible for the coordination of technical and commercial matters with suppliers and the departments involved. Master data maintenance and auditing: You maintain and update the master data in our ERP system reliably and are responsible for the correct processing and testing of input invoices.

You have completed commercial vocational training or an economic study. You have experience in handling ERP systems, as well as safe handling of MS Office products. You are ideally already bringing first experience in the area of purchasing/material management and technical background knowledge. You are characterized by a high operational readiness as well as a structured and independent way of working. You like to work in the team, get active and convince by your communication strength.
