Strategic development and cross-disciplinary professional control of data-driven CRM Lifecycle Management Strategic development of CRM and marketing automation technology Conception of multi-channel campaigns and multiple languages for targeted customer activation and binding Further development of customer segmentation and identification of new target groups and relevant CRM applications Advice on CRM strategy Participation in enterprise and action planning and acquisition of project management

Complete study of economics or business informatics, ideally focusing on marketing or CRM Multiannual professional experience in the design and implementation of CRM measures Experience in the development of CRM strategies and the extensive prioritization of technical and technological requirements Very high technical understanding for CRM systems, marketing automation and data-based processes Embossed data understanding and ability to analyze selection data and campaign sequences Strongly pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking Impressed communication and cooperation capability Target-oriented, independent and structured operation German language skills (min. C1 level)
