Since 1991, Oehm and Rehbein has been developing and distributing digital X-ray solutions and adjacent software products for human and veterinary medicine, material/quality testing and the safety industry. These are system solutions tailored to our customers. The focus is on the equipment and care of doctoral practices, small hospitals and clinics in German-speaking and international areas.

With more than 150 employees at our locations in Germany, UK, Ireland and France, we are now looking at several thousand installed X-ray and image processing systems in over 140 countries, including cruise ships and the Neumayer Station in Antarctica.

Professional leadership & organization Professional guidance and support of production staff in daily business Coordination and Priority of Work Orders Ensuring a smooth production process Support in deployment and resource planning Processing and professional support of new employees Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process requirements Close cooperation with production, development, quality assurance and service Identification of potential for improvement and participation in optimization projects

Operational cooperation in production Mechanical preparation and assembly of modules for mobile and stationary X-ray systems Assembly of electromechanical components of X-ray technology to complete systems Install and configure basic IT system modules (operating systems, X-ray application software, network configuration etc.) Commissioning of X-ray systems and systems as well as functional and quality recordings and their documentation Working in project teams to continuously improve process processes

Complete technical training, for example as an electronic, mechatronic, medical technician or in a comparable profession Multiannual experience in the production, assembly or commissioning of technical systems Technical understanding and IT affinity Ideally first experience in the professional leadership or the guidance of colleagues Structured and independent operation Extensive sense of responsibility and organizational talent Teamability and open and value-assurance communication Quality awareness and solution-oriented thinking Joy in taking responsibility and actively shaping processes
