Construction and continuous maintenance of a Microsoft ServiceManagement operating model

Definition and further development of roles and responsibilities (e.g. Service Owner, Product Owner)

Establishing and optimizing governance structures in the fields of data protection, IT security and labour law

Interface management for teams such as IT security, legal, data protection, labour law and Vendor management

Development of processes in close cooperation with process management

Communication and Change Management: Creating transparency and promoting adoption

Monitoring & Reporting: Construction and maintenance of SLAs, KPIs, Dashboards and Service Health

Central contact for Microsoft and internal customers • Strategic orientation of Microsoft Service Management and coordination of tasks

Documentation and presentation of results

Licence Management Support

Successfully completed studies of computer science, business informatics or a comparable discipline

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable

Multiannual experience in IT service management (ITIL knowledge of advantage)

Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365)

Experience in coordinating compliance topics • Experience in process management (e.g. BPMN2.0)

Analytical thinkability and ability to control complex structures

Strong communication and moderation capabilities

Team skills, initiative and joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams

Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
