Description Do you no longer want to drive from construction site to construction site or to assembly operations? Would you like a warm, air-conditioned office workstation from which you can consult your colleagues on Buderus Heating Systems as an expert? Then we are looking for you as an electrician:in or mechatronic:in full-time or part-time - after having been incorporated in the home office.

• You take over the telephone and written customer advice on Buderus products and special topics.
• Various Buderus heaters are available at your workplace for remote fault and fault analysis and troubleshooting. In this way, you can work together with colleagues in the field service and carry out optimal, practical advice.
• If necessary, you collect orders, purchase the necessary spare parts via the catalog search and release the orders.

Qualifications

• Education: Successfully completed vocational training for plant mechanic, heating installer, central heating and ventilation builder, energy consultant, electrician (m/w/d) or in a comparable area desirable or corresponding long-term professional experience
• Personality: Reliable, team-capable, customer- and solution-oriented
• Experiences and know-how: Very good PC skills desirable
• Flexibility: willingness to work in a flexible and regulated layer model (Mo-Fr 7-20 hrs, Sat 8-18 hrs, So 9-16 hrs - work on weekend approx. 1-2 x per month) that we can adapt to your needs and living conditions
