• You are a customer's e-commerce business, including the acquisition of the ownership of the customer relationship for the responsible area, and are an escalation entity in the case of operating and project-driven questions from the customer and the specialist areas

• Using data-based analyses and relevant KPIs, you monitor and optimize the operational and commercial business performance and process chains

• You take the commercial responsibility for the account or a sub-area and ensure account profitability through continuous analysis and optimization of the P&L

• The creation and negotiation of customer offers as well as the shaping cooperation in major contract negotiations are also your tasks

• To optimize the operating business and to implement customer wishes and innovations, you will take a coordinating and controlling role in the areas involved.

• Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics or communication sciences or a related or comparable degree programme

• Multiannual professional experience in the e-commerce industry, of which at least five years in direct customer contact incl. Exercise of escalation instance

• Multiannual experience in the environment of databases, interfaces (design) and data-based process chains desirable

• Flowing German and very good English skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills

• Professional and safe occurrence in dealing with customers, colleagues and business partners, as well as toughness in target achievement and pronounced analytical skills
