For the Service Center in the Hohenlohekreis, we are looking for a Finance Process Manager / Process Manager Finance (m/w/d) department debitors for customer consulting, analysis, liquidity & demand management, process optimization & digitization as well as control & reporting. Review, preparation and documentation of processes in debitor management of a complex business environment Advice and support of internal stakeholders of the group on debitoral processes and processes related to the shared service center Developing cross-border best practices for the essential standardisation and efficiency enhancement of processes, across organisational boundaries Conceptual further development as well as the digitization of debitoral processes together with IT and specialist areas Controlling functions in projects of different magnitude and responsible for their implementation both in sub-areas and in total Create automation and optimization projects where you develop sustainable, practical solutions that create sustainable added value for the organization

Commercial training, for example to the industrial businessman or businessman for office management with further training to the financial account holder (m/w/d) or equivalent to corresponding technical training (e.g. project management, financial management, debitor management) or a commercial study with reference to finance / accounting / controlling. Influential professional experience in the financial sector, e.g. as a process manager, progress manager, finance manager, finance transformation manager, finance excellence manager, finance change manager ideally in debitor management and in process or project management. Basic knowledge in SAP systems to work safely in financial system landscapes, customizing skills desirable Good MS Office knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are necessary for professional communication in the international environment Embossed analytical and conceptual thinking and communication strength and intercultural openness complete the requirement profile.
