As a team leader in sales (m/w/d), you take over the professional support and development of all employees in your sales area. As a link to the management and other specialist departments, you ensure smooth processes that focus on customers at any time They are responsible for personnel management, perform recruitment and feedback talks and ensure staff placement within the team They ensure an optimal product presentation, have your range firmly under control and implement sales-promoting measures And very importantly, you are going as a model, you like to take responsibility and always have a friendly handling of employees, customers and suppliers.
