System Engineer IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the administration and support of Windows Servers and Active Directory You take key roles in the modern Microsoft Cloud stack (Entra ID, Purview, Intune, Defender) and bring profound expertise in these areas You manage our server landscape (management of operating systems and applications) You take over the technical leadership and development of the team as well as its resource planning and monitoring In our IT security environment, you will participate (e.g. in implementing security policies and monitoring) You coordinate heavy incidents in IT and take appropriate measures You make sure that processes are documented and adhered to, and that reporting is carefully maintained You take over communication with internal departments and external service providers You are responsible for implementing the defined IT infrastructure strategy You identify relevant technological trend and implement necessary optimizations You accompany and support projects You are contact for IT audits and auditors You have the opportunity to develop your team leader IT-Technik & Support

You have a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience, ideally in technical support You can have profound knowledge of the technologies and platforms mentioned and have know-how in the field of networks (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall configuration) You bring project experience in the IT environment You have a quick understanding and a high degree of independence You work structured, self-organized and you can well prioritize your tasks You draw your attention through strong communication skills and team orientation You work carefully and conscientiously, e.g. in documentation and reporting
