Copywriter - German/English

About the opportunity We're seeking an experienced German/English copywriter to join the N26 Creative Studio in Berlin or Barcelona. Who we are N26 has reimagined banking for today's digital world. In this role, you'll help drive the N26 creative vision and play an integral role in developing and bringing the N26 voice to life through powerful ideas, compelling storytelling, and impactful, performance-driven copywriting. Excel in the craft of copywriting. You're a versatile creative thinker and highly capable writer with a focus on short-form content. Originate ideas, headlines, and copy for campaigns and other marketing activities. Write content for a range of channels, including organic social, paid media, CRM, web, and OOH. Proofread texts across various channels, ensuring a high standard of quality control and consistency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

What you need to be successful: Background: Recognized qualification within the field of copywriting. 3+ years of English and German copywriting experience at agencies, start-ups, or companies, ideally for B2C digital/tech products. Based in Berlin or Barcelona — or willing to relocate. Skills: Fluent level German and English language skills. Most of the time you'll be writing in English. Ability and proven track record of writing functional and impactful copy across a range of channels. Experience working with global brands and international creative teams. Function both independently and as a strong collaborator. Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude. Comfortable in a fast-moving, fluid environment. Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives, while remaining focused and calm.
