Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Karlsruhe As part of the PreMaster program, you actively participate in the design of a global training concept that focuses on innovative, digital learning methods for our product portfolio in the 'Mobility Aftermarket' business segment. You support the conception and design training formats, including the recording and production of video learning content, to convey knowledge alive. You will also publish and update user-centred learning formats and promote the further development of our global learning infrastructure. To ensure highest standards, you participate in seminar management and contribute to the quality assurance of our training offers. You'll start meaningful analyses in the form of interactive PowerBI dashboards to gain valuable insights and make data-based decisions possible. In addition, you support us in the field of product, sales, and excellence training to continuously develop and optimize our training opportunities.

Education: above-average university degree (Bachelor) in the field of media technology, business informatics or the like, with concrete intention to include a master's degree Experiences and know-how: safe handling of MS Office; Experience in handling Power BI and in the environment of eLearning programs Personality and work: you like to work and constructively in the team, get open and show a high degree of self-motivation and creativity; you are always striving to learn new things and go on tasks independently and structured Enthusiasm: fun on digital topics, especially for the use of AI tools in the generation of digital content such as videos, text-to-speech and translations Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
