Asset Manager (m/f/d)

Active role within the fund management team with responsibility for strategic and operational management of residential property portfolios Independently responsible development and implementation of object and portfolio strategies for value enhancement and performance optimization Identification and realization of value creation potentials, e.g. by repositioning, restructuring or recompression, based on location, competition and market analyses Analysis of the rental price level and development of measures to optimise the tenant structure Planning, budgeting and management of maintenance and modernisation measures and participation in stock development projects Coordination of internal specialist departments and control of external service providers taking into account budget requirements Monitoring the rental situation and active idle management Creation of cost-effectiveness analyses, target-actual comparisons and KPI-based reporting to manage the portfolio Preparation of quarterly reports, presentations and policy templates and preparation of investment committee meetings

Successfully completed studies in real estate, business or training as a certified real estate specialist (IHK) with additional commercial qualification Multiannual professional experience in the institutional real estate industry, preferably in the fields of fund and/or Asset management Entrepreneurial, resilient personality with very high quality standards Embossed Analytical Thinking Power, High Number Affinity, Communication Strength and Team Skill Experience with refurbishment and recompression projects is advantageous Basic knowledge of financing and valuation procedures Secure handling of MS Office and relevant real estate management software
