The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. Works (operating, maintenance, inspection, repair and reinstallation) on equipment, machinery and equipment of operating technology with regard to electrical, electronic, electrical and control engineering parts Technically demanding tests of electrical equipment and equipment as well as machines according to DGUV 4 and corresponding documentation according to DIN VDE 0100-600, DIN 0701-0702 and DIN VDE 0105-100 Operation and maintenance of installations of building and operating technology, for whose operation a corresponding certificate of expertise is required Support for other professionals in carrying out tasks
