Maintenance Planner Electrical Trades

Self-responsible and independent planning of maintenance measures for electrical plants including pre- and post-processing, including participation in decreases and quality controls: Continuous evaluation of the inspection results and derivation of necessary maintenance requirements beyond the framework of corrective maintenance Participation in the evaluation of the residual life of electrical installations for railway operation in close cooperation with the controllers for inspection Self-responsibility and independent preparation of planning documents for the implementation of maintenance measures in close coordination with the departments taking into account all safety-relevant parameters when planning maintenance measures in accordance with the applicable standards, rules and regulations Participation in the production of annual development programmes and necessary maintenance measures Participation in the updating of the digital plant disaster, including the collection, cataloging and mapping of electrical installations for railway operation deriving conclusions from the implementation of maintenance measures for continuous improvement of maintenance and planning Detection of necessary risk management measures Participation in the definition of track extension limits and construction limits for all measures of basic renewal and maintenance Continuous evaluation of technologies and systems and their suitability for the maintenance of electrical equipment according to the prior art Planning necessary resources to ensure maintenance requirements related to short, medium and long-term maintenance planning: Comprehensive consideration of all necessary resources in the preparation of planning documents, including construction materials and personnel clarification of whether the maintenance measures can be carried out with their own employees or whether a third party is required Responsible for the initiation and support of procurement processes for building materials, including initiation of the procurement process of switch drives Participation in the introduction of an IH software (inventory, structure) Participation in process improvements / organisational development in corrective maintenance Participation in controlling measures of corrective maintenance in the SBT

Completed university education, Bachelor or Bachelor Professional in a technical field or Master / technician in the field of electrical engineering and many years of experience in a field of maintenance according to DIN 31051 for electrotechnical installations for railway operations Knowledge of the construction and operation of the electrical infrastructure installations Detailed knowledge of the maintenance processes of electrical installations Comprehensive knowledge of legal and operational regulations related to the activity such as BOStrab, VDV fonts, technical rules, EN-DIN standards, DIN standards, HOAI Comprehensive knowledge of the rules for drawing up tender documents Embossed capacity for strategic thinking and action Embossed communication strength and analytical functioning Excellent mastery of the German language in word and writing Safe handling of the IT systems required for the activity (e.g. MS Office, SAP, planning software, maintenance software) Strength of conviction and negotiation skills Suitability for safety oversight Divinity according to VDV 714 driving licence class B
