The new kindergarten Völklinger Straße, our 15. Kita in the Rhine-Ruhr region of Fröbel was opened in October 2025 and offers 56 children and their families a caring place. In Kita there is a diverse learning environment in which the focus of art, culture, democracy and education for sustainable development (GNI) are firmly integrated into everyday pedagogical life. Our goal is to give children not only knowledge, but also values, creativity and self-reality. The children experience participation at eye level – in children's parliaments, through participation in everyday life and through creative projects.
