Description Your duties as a branch management After your structured incorporation into our JYSK branch of Memmingen, you take over the independent management of a store in the Memmingen area. Staff management: You lead, motivate and develop your Filial team according to our values and leadership principles. Turnover & KPIs: You keep the key figures in mind, take initiatives to increase sales and tax your store in a profit-oriented manner. Customer service: You make sure your team is 100% focused on selling and a first-class shopping experience. Store Operations: You implement store concepts and as a model both on the sales area and on the goods clearing itself.

You bring this for the job in management Leadership experience: You bring well-founded experience in commerce, in catering or service, e.g. as a stv. branch management in commerce or shift management in catering. Customer and sales orientation: You understand how to live up to excellent service and inspire your team to meet the needs of our customers to offer a first-class shopping experience. Own initiative: You have a strong drive and are strong in communication, take the initiative and solve tasks and challenges independently. Result orientation: You think entrepreneurial, like to take responsibility for your store and want to surpass your goals consistently. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge (at least C1) in word and writing Qualifications
