• Sales of products or services (outbound sales)
• Conducting surveys or market research
• Information on new offers or promotions
• Processing of orders and requests by telephone contact
• Targeted discussion to increase sales or customer satisfaction
• Documentation of conversation content and maintenance of customer data

Your profile for the location Customer Consultant (m/w/d) Outbound 16,50 €:

• Completed commercial training
• experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the outbound area
• Communication strength and persuasion
• Target orientation and negotiation skills
• friendliness and customer orientation
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• High commitment and motivation to achieve goals
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
