Your responsibility lies in the design and realization of digital scanning and workflow processes. To do this, analyze actual and target processes and implement them in our process platform (Tungsten TotalAgility). Their work takes place in interdisciplinary projects in the context of administrative digitization. You are responsible for second-level support and advise our customers (m/w/d) for efficient use of the process platform.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed study of computer science, business informatics, business management or similar skills. You bring relevant professional experience in technical process implementation, automation or process management. Self-employed work, open communication, a structured way of working and team spirit are what you want. Experiences in municipal information technology or with public institutions complete your profile.
