To detect the fraudulent use of our tank cards, you conduct data analysis By controlling prevention measures, you recognize fraud patterns, identify their backgrounds and thereby manage optimization potentials You support customers in handling fraud and find solutions in case of damage You are responsible for exchanging information with the police and enrolling fraud statistics and reporting You work closely with our customers and with our customer service

You have a successfully completed commercial training When handling MS Office, Cognos Analytics and Lotus Notes, you feel safe You have an affinity for numbers and data analysis Your independent and structured way of working and your open and positive communication characterizes you You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
