You are responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with various catering concepts (including the construction and implementation of central kitchens) You take responsibility for quality and demanding food supply You develop new ideas and concepts You create budgets and ensure compliance with operational requirements You are responsible for ensuring and controlling legal regulations and internal standards You control monthly accounts and inventory You interact in partnership with customers

Completed gastronomic training (e.g. cook/kitchen, specialist from the system gastronomics) presupposes ideally with corresponding further or further training (e.g. farmer/farmer or kitchen manager/kitchen manager) Reliable professional experience in a similar position in the field of care necessary Experience and knowledge in the common systems (Cook&Chill, Cook&Freeze, High Convenience) and in the various contract models (work contract/service company) essential German knowledge necessary for internal and external communication Safe handling of IT systems (goods management, personal planning, complaint management, HACCP, MS office) desirable
