As a (Junior) product manager (m/w/d) AI-based product development credit card, you develop intelligent features together with our Data Science team. These are not only found in the chatbot, but also in the internal backoffice tool of customer advice and especially along the entire customer journey: individual credit card offers with calculation of the personal chance – transparent, comprehensible and personalized. Take responsibility: You design and manage the implementation of innovative digital features – including using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence Working in the team: You work in agile projects and are in daily, close contact with colleagues (m/w/d) from IT that implement your features Strategic development: You are constantly developing our AI-based customer interaction strategy – in close cooperation with the management, the data science team, the developer team, as well as central units such as the holding chatbot team Process Improvement Internal & External: You not only develop customer-oriented features, but also advance AI-supported automation solutions in the internal back office – e.g. for increasing efficiency in customer consulting Quality assurance: Through regular testing and quality checks, you ensure that all features work perfectly for our customers Competition analysis: You’re using tracking and analysis tools to derive data-based optimizations

Education: Successful study with technical, economic or analytical orientation Digital Mindset: High internet affinity and ideally already first professional experience in product management, IT or the online industry Analytical thinking: The ability to interpret data, identify trends and derive meaningful decisions for the further development of our credit card comparison Smart solution finding: Quick conception to penetrate complex relationships and a proactive attitude to work yourself into new and complex issues Drive and Communication: Embossed communicative skills and team spirit to ensure quick and constructive coordination with different stakeholders and achieve measurable results in a dynamic environment Language knowledge: German and English knowledge in word and writing
