Project Manager Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Networks (m/f/d)

The Bundesverband der Energie-Abnehmer e. V. (VEA) represents the energy and energy policy interests of its approximately 5,000 member companies from the energy-intensive middle class – and that for more than 75 years now.

As an energy expert of the middle class, we take care of all aspects of energy consulting for our customers every day with more than 150 dedicated employees. For the coming years, we have set ourselves the goal of significantly expanding both the quality and quantity of our consulting services. We are convinced that our expertise will help many other companies at the production site in Germany on their way to climate neutrality.

In 2015, we launched REGINEE – for REGIonal energy efficiency networks. In an REGINEE, companies in a region from a wide range of industries work together for four years to increase their energy efficiency and to reduce energy demand sustainably. The VEA establishes, organizes and moderates these networks throughout the federal territory.

For this challenge, we are looking for a dedicated project manager for energy efficiency and sustainability networks (m/w/d) at the location of our main business office in Hanover at the next possible time.

Supporting several REGINEE networks across Germany Planning and organisation of network meetings in consultation with the participating company representatives Moderation and implementation of local meetings at participating companies Close communication with participants, internal and external experts and VEA consultants Monitoring network results in cooperation with companies Direct address and acquisition of companies for new networks

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or completed studies Very good communication and organizational skills Self-employed, structured working and team skills Interest in energy efficiency, climate neutrality and sustainability High readiness
