Coordinator for IT & Digital Education (m/f/d)

We are looking for a coordinator in IT & Digital Education at 30 hours a week.

Your tasks

IT-Support & Coordination: They support employees with hard and software questions and first-level support. In addition, you coordinate IT requirements with the area and facility lines, the central information technology and other external service providers.

Administration of IT systems & platforms: They administrate and supervise the systems and platforms used in the VET system, in particular IServ and EMMA. Together with the Central Information Technology, you agree to update procedures and accompany the introduction and conversion of technical solutions.

Hardware management & procurement: You manage and inventory the existing computer hardware and support in the procurement, installation and administration of computers, laptops, tablets and other technical equipment. In addition, you accompany the printer concept and take over the control of IT-related invoices.

Digitalization & digital learning offers: They advise on the development of digital teaching and working forms and support the establishment and support of digital teaching and learning systems. These include digital reporting books, video conferencing and messenger solutions as well as the use of tablets and apps in different learning and work areas.

Data management, knowledge transfer & data protection: You are involved in the maintenance of digital data, storage and folder structures as well as in the archiving and data protection-compliant deletion of data. In addition, you inform and train employees on IT and digitization topics, moderate professional exchange formats and support technical questions on the Internet presence and data protection.

Media education: They inspire young people for digital topics and make technology practically experienceable. In workshops and projects on topics such as artificial intelligence or 3D printing They promote digital skills, creativity and help young people discover their own strengths, interests and professional perspectives. You will develop new formats, access current digital trends and create offers that are oriented towards the living worlds of the young people.

Pedagogical pre-experiences are of advantage for this site, but no condition. If you come from the IT field and enjoy sharing your knowledge with young people, we will help you to acquire the necessary pedagogical and rehabilitation pedagogical knowledge, for example in the context of a corresponding continuing or supplementary qualification.
