Inside Sales Koordinator (m/f/d)

You are the central point of intersection between customers, sales and internal departments to ensure a professional and efficient customer journey Own support of strategically important customers and business partners in daily business and support in the development of long-term customer relationships Active support of the sales strategy by coordinating sales processes across the entire sales cycle Coordination and control of cross-border distribution projects, including coordination with internal departments and external partners Support for sales management in budget planning, forecasting, sales management and implementation of strategic sales initiatives Development and optimization of sales processes, standards and KPIs to increase efficiency, transparency and customer satisfaction using lean management methods Responsibility for the coordination of product launches, price changes and sales-relevant projects within the organization

You have completed commercial training and/or first professional experience in the internal sales service, inside sales or customer management of an international company. Ideally, you will have first experience in project management In cooperation, you will be able to obtain clear communication, a self-employed and predictive way of work, and a high level of solution and conversion skills. In addition to good English skills, you will be able to convince with sound know-how in handling an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and MS Office applications (especially Excel and Power BI) A proactive and independent way of working and a pronounced problem-solving and implementation orientation round off your profile
