Construction Management Expert (m/f/d)

Coordination of internal and external structures in the project according to the HSE requirements As a single point of contact for one or more subcontractors:in the production phase Responsibility for compliance with quality requirements, project costs and key dates Planning and monitoring of resources with regard to employees:internal and operational resources use and their continuous coordination with the project schedule Initiation, planning and coordination of corrective measures with system and space managers in design, procurement and production, participation in specification and procurement of systems or Areas of space and continuous improvement of operation based on a modern production system

Successfully completed studies in the field of shipbuilding, shipbuilding, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study Technicians:in‐/master: in-qualification with corresponding experience Multiannual experience in the maritime production field and in the respective functional area Impressed leadership and motivation as well as enforcement Teamability, structured and sustainable working, commercial thinking and acting, high flexibility, self-employment and willingness to take responsibility Sovereign appearance, good oral and written expressiveness and convincing communication in the professional environment
