Operations Manager (m/f/d)

KUTTER GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run company with headquarters in Memmingen. The core business of the group includes deep and road construction, asphalt milling and high and turnkey construction. At the Memmingen and Mindelheim sites, the KUTTER-KFZ-Werkstatt with around 60 employees ensures the maintenance and repair of the company's own fleet – especially trucks and milling machines.

In order to strengthen our team at the Memmingen and Mindelheim site, we are looking for an operating manager (m/w/d) for both workshops at the earliest possible date.

Total responsibility for the economic and operational success of the workshop locations incl. Budget, earnings and cost management Management and further development of workshop masters and indirect teams, including capacity planning and efficient personnel deployment Control and optimization of all workshop processes in terms of productivity, utilisation, quality and time accuracy based on defined key figures Ensuring economic material and spare parts disposition and optimising stocks and procurement costs Responsibility for compliance with statutory, safety-relevant and internal standards and continuous improvement of operations

Complete technical qualification (e.g. motor vehicle master) with a pronounced economic understanding Multiannual leadership experience in a workshop or service organization with clear responsibility for results Proven ability to control and develop teams across executives Safe handling of key figures for controlling utilisation, productivity and economy High levels of implementation and structured and binding procedures
