Number: MER0003YNB At Global Customer Service and Parts, we accompany the entire life cycle of Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles, from the service-oriented design of our products to market launch and product support and probation. We support the service organisations worldwide, possibly also on site. We work with our partners from GCSP, development, production, purchasing, legal and quality. Development and documentation of repair and service concepts for different vehicle sizes
