Number: MER0003YNB At Global Customer Service and Parts, we accompany the entire life cycle of Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles, from the service-oriented design of our products to market launch and product support and probation. We support the service organisations worldwide, possibly also on site. We work with our partners from GCSP, development, production, purchasing, legal and quality. We create operating instructions, write diagnostic procedures and are experts in parts technology, as well as in product evaluation and regulation. Our team – Project Management After-Sales Compact and Midsize Cars – represents all after-sales requirements in the new vehicle project and the module groups and thus ensures service-oriented product design. These challenges include: Cooperation in the planning and preparation of upcoming market launches

Research of technical backgrounds and causes for customer complaints

Analysis of series-specific topics and their preparation within the framework of the monthly guarantee and cunency reporting

Participation in the preparation and evaluation of low-speed crash tests as part of the insurance classification

Technical and business assessments of concepts

Development and documentation of repair and service concepts for different vehicle sizes

Conception, implementation and documentation of vehicle checks (checking the repairability of vehicle components)

Data analysis, pre- and post-processing, as well as participation in the relevant decision-making bodies in development and production

The activity can begin from 29.03.2026.

Degree course in the field of economics (International Business, Technical Business Administration), Engineering (Machine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive, Service), IT Sciences or a comparable degree course

Experience in presentation of facts desirable

Safe handling of MS Office

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Analytical and strategic result orientation

Customer and service orientation

Team & communication skills

driving licence and good technical understanding as well as affinity for vehicles of advantage

Experience abroad / intercultural experience desirable
