You will be part of Unit P 5 in Division P of ITZBund, which is responsible for the technical operation and the continuous development of the SAP HCM-based PVSplus personnel management system. Unit P 5 deals with the central topics of the time economy, staff administration in PVSplus and the further development of the employment and superior portal. The PVSplus system supports the time economy of various customer authorities and is functionally expanded in the coming years as part of the PT consolidation and rolled out with other federal authorities. Within this exciting environment, you will become part of the Zeitwirtschaft work area and work in an experienced, dedicated team that is looking forward to your professional impulses and active participation. The following tasks await you: Examination and evaluation of material-law regulations on relevance for implementation in SAP-HCM Processing of key issues in request management and support for the component PT of the SAP-HCM module Support in the introduction of the PT component for new customers Organisation of quality assurance measures Consultation of customer authorities and implementation of customer information events and workshops Second-level support for PVSplus (SAP HCM) for the component Zeitwirtschaft Participation in occasional multi-day missions

Compulsory qualifications Higher education (Bachelor or equivalent) in a legally or economically shaped or administering degree course German knowledge of comparable B2 level according to the common European reference framework for languages (GER). Technically advantageous: Knowledge of the legal areas of personnel management and accounting, in particular in relation to the time economy Safe handling in user care and handling of customers First knowledge of quality assurance and testing First knowledge in project and process management Personally advantageous: Analytical thinking Systematic-methodic planning and procedure Initiative and ownership Addressees and service orientation Cooperation and team skills

The fee is equal to the personal advances of the remuneration group 11 of the public service collective agreement (TVöD Bund).
