This is what awaits you: This customer-oriented position supports the management of insurance services and focuses on the operating side of the benefits for global customers.

Team communication and close coordination with the Account Manager, e.g. regarding local renewal processes. Support in implementing new benefits and/or brokerage change. Ensure that the most important activities are completed in time and with high quality data in our systems. Ensure that local brokers adhere to the ''Rules of the Road''. Providing extension instructions and creating project schedules. Peer review and transmission of results to the customer. Collecting data and KPIs from local brokers. Creation of presentations. Improving operational processes to make them more efficient.

You are currently studying (BWL, Psychology, Communication, Personal Management or a related subject). Strong communication competency and applied expression in German (orally and in writing) as well as English; further languages of advantage. First professional experience or relevant internships in the area of HR or Benefits are of advantage. Affinity for the technical processing, processing and evaluation of data. Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge in project management is advantageous. Ability to coordinate large amounts of data and to prepare them in a structured manner. Sovereign appearance and customer orientation. Team skills and joy in working in an international team.
