As Junior Continuing Education Manager (m/w/d), you'll bring your know-how into the sustainable establishment of our new live online formats with enthusiasm and participate in the development and development. You enjoy the didactic-methodic conception and technical implementation of innovative educational products such as online workshops. Due to your pronounced analytical ability and your creative vein, the derivation of development measures in the operational operation of online learning formats is easy for you. You take over the media planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns. You certify further training according to the legal requirements (IDD and MaBV). You are in close coordination with our external product suppliers as well as internal departments and are in the support contact person for our customers.

You like to have a degree with a focus on adult education or a completed commercial training in the educational sector. You have up to two years of professional experience in continuing education with a focus on e-learning or you already have comparable qualifications in education management. Proven communication skills and service-oriented appearance are of course for you. You have technical affinity and a high level of willingness to learn to work in new tools (e.g. software for the implementation of online workshops, learning management system). You like to work in the team, we can rely on you.
