The written position can be exercised at one of our central BARMER locations: Berlin, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Wuppertal and approx. 30 other locations in Germany.

As part of our project team, you support the project management in the planning, control and successful implementation of projects around our Content Services Platform. You will accompany the introduction, further development and integration into our backend and core systems. Coordination of cooperation with internal departments and external service providers is your responsibility. They ensure smooth communication and ensure the timely delivery of defined work packages. In addition, you take responsibility for your own subprojects, create project plans, maintain status reports and document results structured and addressed. You are also actively involved in resource planning, risk management and budget monitoring, making a significant contribution to the timely implementation of our projects. In cooperation with experienced colleagues, you support the effort estimation and constructively contribute to solving technical challenges. They are committed to the continuous optimization of our project management processes and actively contribute your ideas to improving interdisciplinary cooperation. Compliance with our quality, safety and availability standards is ensured in close coordination with the specialist departments.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification with a technical focus. Ideally, you have two to three years of professional experience in project management or as a subproject management – preferably in a technical environment. Experiences with content services, document management systems or comparable platforms are advantageous. You can distinguish your structured way of working, pronounced communication skills and safe occurrence – even in dynamic or complex project situations. They bring a good understanding of software development processes, are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and have gained first practical experience in agile development teams. The exchange with different stakeholders gives you pleasure. You are convinced with commitment and solution-oriented thinking. Your own initiative, willingness to learn and a high degree of team spirit are your strengths. You can understand complex technical relationships, develop appropriate solutions in the team and make informed decisions on this basis. Your German knowledge is at least in C1 level, you can also master English in word and writing.
