Berlin –Tempelhof-Schöneberg | in parttime with 15 hours a week We are young people in the Kiez – youth assistance gGmbH, short “Juwo”, a recognized freelance from Berlin with over 80 educational projects and areas of application. We are professionals, both colourful and, if necessary, critical and courageous when it comes to the development and rights of children, young people and their families. We are looking for a psychotherapist:in / therapeutic specialist (m/w/d) for work with children and adolescents in our combined child and youth aid facility „Famino“ in Berlin Tempelhof-Schöneberg. The range of tasks of the institution includes the ranges of services Inobhutnahme, Clearing and Family Activation according to §34 and §42 SGB VIII.

As a psychotherapist:in / therapeutic specialist (w/m/d) you accompany children and young people from 12 to 18 years who are in the most diverse emergency and crisis situations They participate in the team's case meetings and advise on therapeutic issues They are ready for crisis intervention in emergencies and secure the case-related work processes You maintain contacts with clinics, therapists:inside, and KJPDs They regularly conduct consultations with young people as well as their relatives, link young people into stabilising offers (outpatient therapy, groups of skills, etc.), and offer psycho-educative help.

They have completed or advanced approbation training as a psychology: psychotherapist:in or child and youth psychotherapist:in (w/m/d) They have a psychological, (social) pedagogical or comparable degree (psycholog:in, social education:in, education:in) You have a well-founded knowledge of the psychiatric-clinic area, including in the field of diagnostics and crisis intervention Knowledge and experience in SGB VIII and youth assistance would be desirable, but are not necessary They work self-organized, trusting and value-adding with young people and colleagues.
