You take on the strategic and operational responsibility for the distribution of our used cars – with the view of a real car businessman (m/w/d). You carry out a motivated team of sellers, buyers, sales coordinators and trainees (m/w/d) develop sales processes and ensure measurable success in the car house. You are responsible for a vehicle inventory of over 200 vehicles and about 1,500 sales annually. In direct customer contact, you are a model for sale – with passion for automotive and customer needs. You analyze market potentials, actively shape the product range and develop sophisticated shopping and sales strategies. Existing customer relationships can be sustained – and with your team you will win new customers for our brand world.

Multiannual professional experience in automotive sales in a leading position – ideally as a sales manager. A successfully completed training as a car businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the car house. Strong customer orientation and safe occurrence in sales as well as safe handling of key figures. Safe handling of MS Office and digital tools. Class B valid driving licence.
