Leadership and further development of financial and accounting including responsibility for a small team Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS Ensuring proper accounting and compliance with all compliance and reporting requirements Central contact for auditors, banks, tax advisors and other external stakeholders Optimization and standardization of financial processes in close cooperation with the international controlling environment

Experience gained in the financial and accounting of a producing company with deep accounting knowledge Accurate knowledge of HGB and IFRS as well as a strong understanding of regulatory requirements Very good SAP FI/CO knowledge and high affinity for digital financial processes sovereign handling of auditors, banks and international stakeholders Structured management personality with analytical thinking, hand-on mentality and very good English skills
