Project Manager - Specialist Planner / CAD / Electrical Engineering / Office / Management (m/f/d)

Our radius of action is located on the German side of the tri-country corner South-Baden.

You are responsible for the technical planning of electrotechnical systems for projects in housing, industry and industry according to the HOAI performance phases. You convert your planning into CAD (e.g. AutoCAD) and create technical calculations for systems such as lighting, lightning protection or photovoltaics. As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with architects, construction managers and executive professionals and ensure smooth project execution. You create mass investigations as the basis for tenders and participate in the award. You take over the technical construction monitoring on site, are responsible for the technical documentation and accompany the projects until the successful acceptance.

You have a qualification as a master, technician or a Bachelor degree in electrical engineering. You have several years of professional experience as a specialist planner or building manager and are familiar with the HOAI performance phases and the relevant regulations. In dealing with MS Office and a common CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, DIALux or EPLAN) you are versed. A structured, independent way of working, service orientation and a high level of communication and team skills are featured. Good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
