We are now looking for a technical employee (m/w/d) for the operation of container logistics in full time. This activity is carried out at the Leverkusen and Dormagen site.

Your main tasks:

Support for container logistics in the field of maintenance of crane systems and technical equipment of the container terminals to ensure high plant availability

Planning and execution of IH measures on crane systems and storage systems from economic and safety aspects

Development of targeted measures to improve plant availability

Specification of special equipment, requests on the market and their evaluations

Self-destroying of crane systems and auxiliary facilities in the daily business and in the framework of a readiness to call

Foreign company management, commissioning of foreign companies related to maintenance measures

Monitoring compliance with statutory requirements (in particular the occupational safety directives) during operation

Monitoring the implementation of tests and safety controls on technical equipment

Creation and documentation of maintenance and testing taking into account legal requirements

Participation in the cost monitoring of all IH measures and implementation of the audit of accounts

Create statistics and evaluations (Excel, SAP, e.g. evaluation of plant-typical fault causes or spare parts supply on the market)

Development of meaningful key figures

Senior Engineer (m/w/d)

Multiannual activity in the maintenance of cranes and hoists

Extensive experience in used components in crane systems and hoists

Experience as an expert or expert (enabled person) according to DGUV 52 desirable

Qualification and experience as electric skills desirable

Very good knowledge in the field of fault suppression and troubleshooting

Material handling certificate, crane license, desirable

Height-fitness and suitability for carrying PSAgA must be given)
