Building inventory in view: You regularly check the structural condition of our residential properties – from the exterior facade to the building technology – and document this carefully Manage measures: You plan and tax smaller maintenance measures as well as modernizations – from the offer to the procurement to the construction monitoring Maintenance & safety: You monitor compliance with statutory maintenance, testing and operator requirements (e.g. lifts, fire protection, heating systems) Interface with substance: You work closely with our commercial property managers and support them in technical queries or measures Audit & Doku: You check technical invoices, follow budget specifications and provide relevant data and documentation in our systems Interface to service providers: You coordinate craftsmen, service providers and inspection centres – reliable, friendly and binding

Learn & qualified: You bring technical know-how and practical experience in real estate management – e.g. as a technician:in, master:in, construction technician:in, construction artist:in with project experience or through a study in construction Solution-oriented & pragmatic: You work structured, grab and think in solutions instead of in problems Communicative & collegial: You are binding in communication – internally and externally – and are happy to exchange at eye level Mobil & flexible: You have a class B driver's license and want to have a task with responsibility, movement and variety Digital about it: MS Office is not a new country for you – and with systems like iX house or DocuWare you can quickly find yourself right
