We control all production processes – from the initial planning of a vehicle to the complex processes in the Powertrain, Press, Rohbau, Lackierung und Montage, to delivery to the customer. Our production control and control system ''PLUS'' is used worldwide at all Mercedes-Benz locations around the clock. In the ''Manufacturing Execution & Operations (MEO)'' team, we develop and operate innovative products with several DevOps teams to control the production processes in raw construction, the body sorter, the production of powertrain components and in parts of the vehicle final assembly. Our 15-person team is characterized by high motivation, strong cohesion and mutual support. We live a culture of self-responsibility and communicate openly and honestly with each other. We urgently need support in the complex transition of one of our production-critical applications between two different data centers.

These tasks await you with us: A comprehensive incorporation for a production-critical Manufacturing Execution solution Support in the setup of infrastructure components (Windows Server & MS SQL Server 2022) - You assign server orders and accompany the process up to deployment Support in the installation of our MES solution on the new infrastructure including extensive validation for the preparation of migrations - You install our software components for our MES solution on the infrastructure and set them up Support in the documentation of the migration process - You are responsible for the clean documentation of critical topics such as firewall unlocking, server parameterization, etc. The work as a working student*in consists of suburban dates and a share that can be completed in the Home Office The activity can begin from December 2025.

Study of (economic) computer science, information technology or comparable - cross-enterers are also welcome and an integral part of the team!
