Full intensive care: You take care of our patients according to the needs: inside the interdisciplinary team and carry out diagnostic and therapeutic measures in the context of intensive therapy – including careful documentation. Assistance in interventions & rehabilitation: You assist in intensive medical and diagnostic procedures and are actively involved in our internal reanimation services. You can also support the team in administrative and external tasks. Sovereign crisis situations: With predictive action and always in the sense of patient safety and team strengthening, you meet critical events professionally and solution-oriented. Flexibility in use: You flexibly and competently support stationary teams in the event of bottlenecks, as well as interdisciplinary and with a high degree of self-responsibility. You have completed training in health care and nursing and ideally bring complete specialist training in intensive care or are interested in completing them. Their structured and organised working methods are mainly influenced by forward-looking actions and self-initiative, and your professional communication behaviour promotes an appreciation and collegial cooperation in the team. In addition to your nursing expertise, round team skills and a friendly and service-oriented appearance will complete your profile.
