The Klinikum Ingolstadt is a national competence centre with 841 beds in a central location in Bavaria. Every year, in more than 20 clinics and institutes as well as 10 highly specialized centers, we provide about 93,000 patients with stationary and outpatient care at a high medical level. In the next 10 – 15 years, the Department of Construction and Technology of the Klinikum plans to carry out the general renovation with a high proportion of new buildings in several construction sections. Here, an interdisciplinary cooperation of all planners with the department of construction and technology is necessary for the creation of a highly specialized and ambitious planning. Construction and Project Management for Reconstruction and Maintenance Measures and Small Construction Measures managing costs, dates and qualities; Contract and risk management Planning, tendering, awarding and billing of construction and engineering services Coordination of cooperation with internal specialist departments, external planners, authorities and the benefiting services Analysis of disorders and weaknesses, assessment of technical risks and development and planning of improvement measures Development of processes and decision-making templates, participation in economic planning for structural maintenance and operational safety Participation in the optimization of operational structures and processes

Graduate engineer (FH/TH) or Bachelor or Master of Engineering / Economic Engineer Construction / Architecture/ Similar Engineering Studies or Proof of Equivalent Qualification Multiannual experience in construction project management and maintenance Funded knowledge in the field of construction, in particular in planning and execution Very good German language skills in word and writing (level C2 by GeR/CEFR) Business understanding and pronounced service orientation Funded cross-disciplinary knowledge of hospital technology – in particular construction, hygiene and the legal and financial framework conditions (Support law, BayBo, HOAI, BGB, VOB, etc.) of advantage Multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of construction and technology desirable, ideally in a medical institution Communicate team player, with great problem-solving competence and an absolutely independent way of working Organizational talent, cooperation and social competence CAD and BIM basic knowledge desirable (ideally: Nemetschek Allplan) Secure handling of standard software (MS Office) driving licence class B
