Electrician - Automation Technology / Drive Technology / Control Technology (m/f/d)

With Passion we produce float glass, extra white glass, laminated safety glass, as well as coated glasses for use in the field of heat and sun protection at our German sites Haldensleben and Osterweddingen, in the French Hombourg and in the Polish Ujazd. As a central contact person in layer operation, you analyze and troubleshoot our production plants for flat glass production, in particular in the field of control and automation technology (Simatic S7). You carry out independent inspections and preventive maintenance and maintenance work on the complex drive and control systems to ensure a smooth production process. Together with the team, you identify technical weaknesses and drive the continuous optimization and further development of plant parts and control processes actively. You take over the careful documentation of all the measures carried out and draw up technical reports as a basis for future maintenance projects.

You have completed training as an electrician:in, electronic:in, mechatronics:in or a comparable qualification. You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in industrial engineering. You have good knowledge of control and automation technology (e.g. Simatic S7) and drive and control technology. Ideally, you have already gained first experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. An independent operation, service orientation and the willingness to work shifts are of course for you. For smooth communication in the team, you will bring fluent German skills (C1).
