• As a store manager, you conduct your store and take responsibility for its long-term profitability and efficient processes. • With a commercial look for important details and key figures, you can recognize the strengths and weaknesses of your branch and organize yourself and your employees in the best possible way to ensure optimal positioning on the market. • In addition to the staff management, you are also responsible for their training. • For this, you are in close contact with your executives in the store like (e.g. the sales managers or team leaders) who are the interface to the sales staff for you. • In the day-to-day business, you show presence on the sales area and proceed with good example at any time in customer contact. • Questions, suggestions or suggestions for improvement from the customer's side, take them equally seriously and follow them to know exactly what your customers want. • Regular stock control as well as compliance with visual merchandising policies is also your responsibility.

• A completed commercial training, ideally in fashion retail • leadership experience as a branch manager or team leader in textile retail: You have the ability to lead a team while acting as part of the team.
