Leadership and further development of the area with around 2 directly assigned executives of the next level and around 25 employees – in direct line of management Responsibility for proper and timely billing including all associated market processes of market roles Supplier, network operator and measuring station operation in regulated and unregulated sectors Ensuring efficient pre-judicial and judicial receivable management for the sustainable reduction of payment failures and further development of the comprehensive receivable management strategy Analysis, design and continuous optimization of processes in the area of responsibility with the aim of systematically increasing degrees of automation and digitization Responsibility for quality assurance in billing and receivable management as well as ensuring and continuously developing our quality standards Monitoring, analysis and reporting of central area CPIs and participation in evaluations and reports for regulatory authorities and audits Identification, development and development of new and existing services in order to further develop the range of services

Successfully completed university studies (Diplom, Master), preferably the business administration, economic engineering or a comparable subject Multiannual leadership experience in the energy environment Deep knowledge in billing and receivable management as well as in energy-economic customer and market processes Very good knowledge of SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA Utilities Strongly pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking High quality orientation and strong service Strategic thinking combined with implementation strength and high responsibility Excellent communication skills and clear customer and service orientation
