We are looking for a machine operator (m/w/d) to strengthen our team.

Operation of automatic cutters and plotters for precise cutting Production of textile materials Provision of cutting material, insertion of rolling or strip materials, securing correct material guidance Monitoring the cutting process: cutting quality, markings, fullness, tool condition, material consumption Collection, sorting and proper storage of cut parts Visual and quality control of the blank Implementation of basic parameter settings on the cutter/plotter according to specifications Documentation of relevant production data (piece numbers, committee, machine failures) Cleaning, maintenance and adjustment of the machines according to maintenance plan In case of entrepreneurial need, support for other production areas e.g. in preparatory production activities as production aids

Experience in operating machines, ideally in handling automatic cutting machines, plotters or similar cutting machines of advantage Computer/ERP system basic knowledge Eye for details, good spatial imagination and precision awareness Good memory for material assignments and sorting logic sense of order and care in material handling Team capability: willingness to work in the team and to register in existing workflows. Loadability: Physical fitness for standing and repeating activities. Flexibility: willingness to adapt to changing tasks and working hours (possibly shiftwork). Reliability: punctuality and sense of responsibility in everyday work. Intercultural competence (cooperation with employees from different nations) German knowledge (understand, read and speak)
