Own-sponsored operation of different work stations within flexible production lines while maintaining defined standards Professional casting and injecting of silicone and resin systems Precise bonding of material combinations of plastic and metal Conducting demanding wiring tasks as well as performing hard and soft soldering work Professional assembly of plastic components, small equipment and necessary manufacturing equipment Safe operation of specialized plants such as casting stations and heating presses Take over regular maintenance and maintenance tasks at the production machines used Complete documentation of production steps and implementation of the accompanying quality control Active participation in the continuous optimization of existing production processes

Successfully completed technical training, ideally in the field of mechanics, electronics or plastics technology Relevant professional experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is desirable Excellent quality awareness and a high degree of precision at work Above-average craftsmanship combined with a sound technical understanding Flexibility and readiness to work in shift operation (spring and late) German knowledge for smooth communication and documentation Routinized handling of common computer applications is advantageous Basic English knowledge of orientation in the technical environment are welcome
