Senior Expert Group Total Rewards (m/w/d)

As part of the Group Total Rewards team, you develop and control modern and sustainable Total Rewards systems and tools as part of the overall strategy. You work with the departments as well as with the different teams from People & Organizational Development. Do you want to build a 'best in class'' compensation program of the future with us?

Development: Own-sponsored development of strategic compensation programs and solutions to increase the company's success as well as to link and attract talent for the OBI Group Design: Design of the compensation program together with the Total Rewards team, including basic salary, target agreements, sales incentives, premium systems and LTIs Further development: further development of our grading and leveling system Definition: Development of guidelines for global and local salary structures Analysis: Analysis of existing compensation programs and identification of digitization potentials Participation in market benchmarks and deriving proposals to improve competitiveness Concept: Conceptual preparation of the annual salary review in conjunction with pay-for-performance

Qualification: completed study of the business economy or a similar course of study or completed vocational training with many years of professional experience Experience: Multiannual experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits, including the planning, design and development of strategic total remuneration programs Knowledge: Knowledge in Compensation / Pay, organizational design and job evaluation, preferably using the method of Korn Ferry / Hay Expertise: Experience with Group-wide or cross-border compensation programs Skills: Embossed analytical and organizational skills, especially in project management Collaboration: Representative communication skills, team spirit and willingness to cooperate with colleagues: women are of course for you Languages: flowing German and English skills
