For our Team Architecture, we are looking for a*n Practice Lead (m/w/d) Process Management in full time at the Berlin site.

You develop the company-wide process management and make sure that process managers and process managers work according to clear, practical standards, governance requirements, templates and relevant key figures You methodically guide the community of process managers and BIC authors and strengthen them through orientation, coaching and training for high modeling and result quality You continue to shape the process map and take responsibility for a defined process area You are responsible for our BIC modelling tool, develop process analytics and use AI-based functions to support process management work You bring the process perspective into your Architecture team and work in an integrated way along strategy, objectives, projects, demands, data, IT systems and user needs You'll be struggling with active relationships with process managers, process managers, demand management, your team and IT management to identify needs at an early stage and let them flow into process design.

You bring comprehensive experience in process management and have implemented best practices for methods, modeling, quality assurance and governance You know the professional leadership in a matrix organization and have experience in building and developing communities as well as workshops, coaching and training formats You work analytically, structured and effect-oriented and combine pragmatism with high methodological quality You shape the change in process management towards data-based process consulting and help process managers anchor the necessary procedures You are versed in handling process management tools (ideally BIC) as well as in the implementation of analytics, mining and AI agents in process management You have very good German skills
